What the role involves
As a senior IT project manager specializing in Salesforce e-commerce, you will lead digital projects end-to-end, from scoping to deployment. Working closely with the business project manager, you will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners, while ensuring follow-up, reporting, and escalation of alerts.
Your understanding of e-commerce architectures and their interfaces will enable you to challenge development and architecture teams, anticipate dependencies, and identify uncovered topics. You will notably work on integrations, security, SAP configurations, and data mapping, as well as exchanges with payment systems, warehouses, and customer data tools. You will also lead international deployments in a complex, sometimes poorly documented, multi-country environment. The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, with a hybrid work arrangement.
