Product Owner Network Congestion (interim)

As Product Owner Netcongestie, you steer complex changes within Enexis's product domain.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Determine the direction, strategy, and roadmap for the Netcongestie domain and communicate about it
• Enhance the added value that products and services within this domain offer to society and the organization
• Take the lead in complex decision-making processes with diverse interests
• Build and maintain a broad network of stakeholders inside and outside Enexis
• Ensure buy-in for choices, priorities, and change initiatives
• Monitor the scope, focus, and progress of the team and the stakeholder field
• Set priorities based on customer value, impact, risks, and strategic goals
• Identify and manage dependencies between chains, programs, and teams
• Stimulate collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within the Agile team
• Act as an in-depth sparring partner on network congestion, flexibility, and capacity allocation
• Represent the product domain in chain-wide consultations
• Serve as a role model for other Product Owners and contribute to the professionalization of product management
• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager, Product Manager, or in a comparable management role
• Demonstrable experience with complex environments where stakeholder interests conflict
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mobilize teams and stakeholders
• Experience working according to Agile, Scrum, and SAFe
• Knowledge of change processes, chain collaboration, and implementation issues
• In-depth knowledge of themes such as network congestion, transport scarcity, flexibility solutions, and the energy transition
• Excellent developed communication skills and managerial sensitivity
• Professional Scrum Product Owner certification (PSPO I and II) or equivalent
