Job Title: Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing manufacturing operations on assigned production lines to achieve volume, quality, and cost goals.

Education and Background:

• Direct manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring volume, quality, and cost goals are achieved.
• Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to meet cost targets, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and operational standards.
• Manage and supervise assigned production line(s).
• Lead a team comprising individual professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Technical Diploma (High School or higher).
• 4 years or more of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
