(Senior) Professional Transformation & Organisational Change Manager (m/f/d)

For our client, an internationally active company in the defense sector, we are looking for an experienced Transformation & Change Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will take on a central function in communicating and supporting change processes and supporting the successful implementation of strategic transformation projects.

Framework conditions

• Location: Düsseldorf (nationwide business trips possible)
• Duration: 02.11.2026 to 30.06.2027
• Utilization: 40 hours/week
• Language: German and English (fluent)

Responsibilities

• Central interface for communication within transformation and change projects
• Creation, editing, and further development of newsletters, blog articles, and other internal communication formats
• Planning, organization, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and information events
• Development and implementation of measures for transformation planning and change management
• Creation of presentations, management documents, and decision proposals
• Moderation of workshops and presentation of specialist and project topics to various stakeholder groups
• Communication and documentation in German and English
• Independent assumption of project-related special tasks in the transformation environment

• Knowledge of working with ServiceNow
• Experience in hybrid or virtual workshop moderation
