• Control of scope, delivery plan, dependencies, budget, risks, quality, and escalations across all workstreams.
• Establishment of integrated governance with clear decision paths, status formats, RAID log, and robust capacity planning.
• Coordination of business departments, architecture, development, testing, operations, compliance, and external providers.
• Ensuring delivery capability along agile releases and cross-functional milestones.
• Preparation and moderation of Steering Committees, Design Authorities, and supplier reviews.
• Several years of delivery responsibility in complex payment or core banking transformations.
• Profound knowledge of end-to-end payment processes, clearing, settlement, exceptions, and reconciliation.
• Experience with multi-provider control, acceptance processes, quality metrics, and commercial performance monitoring.
• Confident use of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or comparable planning and reporting tools.
• Demonstrable management of at least one implementation, migration, or major enhancement of PPI TRAVIC-Payment Hub.
• Ability to translate TRAVIC-specific deliverables, configuration, interfaces, migration, and testing into an integrated plan.
• Understanding the impact of routing, mapping, enrichment, screening, exception handling, and settlement on releases and operational handover.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, SEPA, Instant Payments, RTGS, and SWIFT MT/MX.
• Experience with regulated German financial institutions and production-critical 24x7 payment platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or comparable certification.
• Integrated master plan with milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Governance, risk, quality, and escalation model.
• Management status, decision documents, and robust forecasts.
• Acceptance and handover plan up to production stabilization.
• Concrete reference projects with role, scope, duration, and responsibility.
• Specification of the actual TRAVIC-Payment Hub versions used or project contexts.
