Project overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead an 18-month implementation. This is a delivery leadership position with full responsibility for the successful execution of an ERP system from solution verification through go-live to stabilization.
As ERP Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact for the entire implementation. You will be responsible for the integrated implementation plan, budget, risk management, dependencies, and the performance of the implementation partner. Your task is to lead the project on time, within budget, and with a clear focus on business results.
Responsibilities
We expect from you:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, PMP/PRINCE2 certifications, or background in CPG, beverage industry, manufacturing, or regulated industries is advantageous.
- Leading the end-to-end implementation with milestone planning and resource management
- Coordination of design, data migration, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and stabilization
- Budget responsibility, forecasting, and control of partner performance
- Disciplined scope and change control processes
- Governance, risk management, and executive reporting
- Escalation of decisions that jeopardize scope, timeline, or budget
- At least 5 years of project or program management experience with ERP implementations
- Proven leadership of at least two full ERP implementations through go-live and stabilization
- Proven skills in budget, time, and scope management, as well as risk and change control
- Strong experience in vendor and system integrator management
- Proven ability to stabilize delayed or over-budget projects
- Confident communication with senior leadership
