Ensure the controlled and transparent execution of a complex infrastructural program by managing project baselines, reporting, and risk analysis.
Project overview
You ensure that a complex infrastructural program is executed in a controlled and transparent manner.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Setting up and further professionalizing the project control process
- Monitoring the project baseline and controlling changes within set frameworks
- Preparing project and progress reports and advising the project team on these
- Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks and opportunities
- Advising the project manager and delegated client on control and decision-making
- Educational level of at least HBO Bachelor
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as Project Control Manager, project controller, EPM manager, project coordinator, or comparable role within infrastructural, civil engineering, and/or GWW projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience with integrated project control, including the GROTIK aspects
- Experience working within an IPM team
- Experience with financial project control, including budget monitoring, forecasts, and progress reports
