Project Coordinator (Interim)

Project overview

As a project coordinator, you will contribute to projects around strengthening the electricity grid.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate technical projects from the request to financial closure
• Collaborate with the project leader and involved parties to monitor progress and make adjustments
• Prepare work packages and handle administrative completion
• Monitor progress, quality, and budgets of multiple ongoing projects
• Align activities and bottlenecks with contractors, municipalities, and colleagues from asset management
• Track material needs and deliveries for timely execution
• Review revisions, additional work, and performance statements for correct processing
• Discuss progress, bottlenecks, and goals with contractors
• Identify deviations and take initiative to resolve them
• Monitor safety and ensure a well-organized schedule and administration
• HBO diploma, preferably in a technical field
• Proven experience in project coordination or work preparation within a technical environment
• Experience in monitoring schedules and administrative matters within projects
• Meticulous and flexible attitude with changing priorities
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders such as contractors and municipalities
• Results-oriented and proactive attitude, with an eye for timely identification of bottlenecks
• Mastery of the Dutch language at C1 level, oral and written
