You will ensure that we meet legal obligations on time and use this development to further strengthen our local steering of housing. You will clearly identify what the Act means for our organization, our processes, our cooperation agreements, and our administrative decision-making. Subsequently, you will translate this into a concrete implementation plan with clear milestones, choices, and results.
You will work at the intersection of housing, spatial development, care, legal affairs, execution, and administration. In this, you are the connecting link between content, process, and decision-making. You will organize cooperation, monitor progress, and ensure that the executive board, council, management, and partners have the right information at the right time.
