• You will lead concrete projects in the field of social real estate.
• You will manage a project for educational housing.
• You will ensure clear project assignments and their execution within the frameworks established by the council and executive board.
• You will work in connection with stakeholders inside and outside the municipal organization.
• You will determine if structural presence at the client's office is necessary to limit travel kilometers, if possible.
• You will deliver correspondence and advice products digitally as much as possible. If the advice products must be delivered in hardcopy, these documents will be printed as much as possible double-sided and on sustainable paper (with one of the following certifications; Milieukeur, European Ecolabel, Nordic Swan, Blaue Engel, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years in the field of real estate and/or educational housing within the government.
• Demonstrable completed education at HBO bachelor level.
• Demonstrable work experience in drafting college and council proposals.
• You have demonstrable work experience with project-based work within a municipality.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in a political-administrative environment.
• Available by November 15, 2026, at the latest, for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in change management.
