Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Monitor quality, planning, finances, working conditions, and environmental aspects within the project
- Prepare project initiation and project management documents with strategy, activities, products, milestones, and required resources
- Realize project activities and check progress
- Prepare and update schedules, taking into account financial obligations and required resources
- Prepare a risk register and take measures to limit project risks
- Report on results and deviations and propose adjustments to the project strategy
- Advise on future project matters and possible conflicts between projects and business operations
- Lead project teams with internal and external employees
- HBO thinking level in the field of project management
- Demonstrable experience of at least 4 years in project management
- Prince 2 Practitioner, IPMA D or equivalent certificate
- Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing
- VCA-VOL certificate at the start of the activities
- At least 2 years of experience within a complex Defense environment
- At least 4 years of work experience in the role of project manager
- Familiarity with the ERP system SAP
- Available for at least 32 hours per week, with a maximum of 9 hours per working day
