As an external project leader/process supervisor, you will implement the vision for the transformation of protected home care into practice:
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Translating substantive objectives into a suitable strategy for steering, procurement, and contracting, including exploring funding models.
- Connecting internal disciplines such as policy, procurement, legal, and finance, and directing dialogue and market consultation with care providers.
- Preparing strategic choices and advising management and the board during the decision-making process.
- Guiding the entire process, from strategy determination and market consultation to tender, contracting, and implementation.
- Proven experience with complex transformation processes and innovative models for steering and funding within the social domain, preferably in the area of Protected Living or Social Support.
- Extensive experience with municipal procurement, setting up market consultations, and complex tender processes.
- Strong governmental sensitivity and experience with inter-municipal or regional collaborations.
- Results-oriented and the ability to quickly assess the risks of funding models and make a substantiated choice.
