The client in the energy sector is seeking a Project Manager for Civil Engineering and Infrastructure to oversee and coordinate projects, manage contractors, and ensure timely and quality execution. The role requires on-site presence and experience in pipeline construction and infrastructure projects.

- Overall control and coordination of the project, considering deadlines, costs, quality, and scope of services
- Control and monitoring of ongoing civil engineering and infrastructure measures, as well as regular presence on the construction site
- Coordination of involved contractors, planners, site managers, and other project participants
- Ensuring a structured flow of information and coordination of technical and organizational interfaces
- Monitoring construction progress and early identification of schedule deviations, risks, and critical developments
- Initiation of appropriate measures to ensure timely and quality-compliant project implementation
- Control of risk, change, and decision management, as well as support in clarifying complex project issues
- Regular reporting to the client and relevant project committees on project status, construction progress, and significant risks
- Ensuring compliance with contractual specifications, technical regulations, and project-specific requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable qualification
- Many years of experience in managing and controlling complex pipeline construction and infrastructure projects
- Sound knowledge in civil engineering, ideally supplemented by practical experience in construction execution
- Experience in coordinating various trades, contractors, and involved specialist departments
- Confident handling of schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
- Strong leadership, communication, and assertiveness skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness for regular on-site presence, generally four days a week, including regular site visits
- Start of Services: November 2026 to end of 2027
- Scope of Services: 1 FTE (40 hrs./week)
- Location of Services: Leipzig (80%), Remote (20%)
