Project overview

Provide support for a large IT replacement project of the case management system:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Prepare and provide documents and minutes for meetings such as the steering group
• Manage the integrated planning and dependencies in MS Project, Jira or ADO
• Deliver planning overviews and progress and risk reports
• Set up and maintain risks, issues, and action points, including follow-up
• Identify and escalate bottlenecks to project management
• Prepare and maintain management information together with the supplier
• Monitor Agile progress, such as sprint and release overviews and status reports
• Manage historical and current project documentation, including version control
• Contribute to the improvement of project processes and working methods
• Support contract and PVE (Program of Requirements) management during testing
• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a supporting planner, PMO officer, or project leader in a large IT migration project or program
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile/Scrum
• Several years of demonstrable experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira or ADO
• Strong knowledge of risk and issue management with demonstrable control
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, connecting collaborative attitude
• Accuracy and organizational sensitivity
• Affinity with working within the (semi)public sector is a plus
• Experience with supporting implementation projects and collaboration with large suppliers is a plus
