Project Manager AI - Human Resources Sector

Project overview

As part of the development and industrialization of artificial intelligence uses within the HR IT department of a large group, our client wishes to strengthen its AI project management capabilities. The initiatives cover various topics: development of use cases for HR applications, industrialization of POCs, integration of AI services offered by the Group, or use of AI functionalities integrated into publisher solutions.

Within the IA Factory team, you will manage AI projects and use cases from end to end, from their definition to their production deployment and transition to recurring mode.

You will work with HR business teams, Product Owners, Data Scientists, ML and AI Engineers, developers, architects, Data teams, security experts, infrastructure and production teams, AI governance, and application managers.

• Gather and clarify business needs, and identify the expected value and objectives.
• Identify the data, applications, and stakeholders involved.
• Challenge the relevance of using AI.
• Identify IT, Data, security, and governance constraints.
• Build the project structure and associated schedule.
• Manage the different phases: definition, experimentation, POC, industrialization, and production deployment.
• Organize and coordinate the contributions of stakeholders.
• Monitor the schedule, dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions.
• Ensure regular and concise reporting.
• Guarantee the smooth transition between experimentation and the industrialized solution.
