As a project manager, you will be responsible for various IT and data projects within the water board.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Realizing projects with varying technical complexity within agreed time, budget, and quality, working according to agile methodologies
- Guiding projects from start to completion and determining objectives, scope, and team composition with the client
- Applying stakeholder management so that all involved parties collaborate effectively
- Coordinating with scrum teams and other projects and stakeholders
- Following current developments and translating relevant innovations into the projects
- HBO work and thinking level with a completed HBO education
- Several years of experience in guiding complex projects and managing project teams
- Skill in creating support and motivating stakeholders
- Proven experience in Agile working, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Interest in data science and data engineering
- Preferably affinity with the processes of a water board
