Project overview

As a project manager, you will lead multiple projects within a single construction stream to strengthen the electricity grid.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Directing the preparation and execution of projects
• Functionally managing project teams
• Monitoring the GROTIK aspects (money, risk, organization, time, information, quality)
• Monitoring the progress, results, and risks of the projects
• Independently managing the project process
• Reporting on the progress of multiple projects in the portfolio
• Directing the work carried out by contractors
• Representing the client in construction team agreements and negotiations
• Guiding project teams in achieving milestones
• Improving collaboration and processes with chain partners
• Contributing to pilots aimed at scaling up work processes
• Connecting internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating with municipalities and other involved parties
• Coordinating with various project and chain teams
• Building and maintaining long-term working relationships
• Ensuring clear communication between stakeholders
• Strengthening the safety culture within the teams
• Identifying risks and bottlenecks in execution
• Analyzing project data and translating it into improvement plans
• Stimulating continuous improvement in execution
• HBO work and thinking level, preferably technical or business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and coordination of complex projects
• Work experience within or with a contractor
• Practical experience with technical project management in the grid operator or infrastructure sector
• Experience with complex projects with multiple collaborating stakeholders
• Skill in analyzing data and translating it into actionable plans
• Good command of the Dutch language
