Project Manager / Contract Manager

Project overview

We are looking for a project manager with strong execution skills for a technical assignment in Arboga. The role suits you who are structured, clear, and used to holding together several parts of a project from planning to final delivery.

You will have overall responsibility for the flow surrounding maintenance equipment and will be an important link between internal functions, suppliers, and customers.

About the role

You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on work throughout the entire process – from requirements and planning to delivery.

You will, among other things:

Drive projects and ensure progress towards set goals.

Be responsible for setting requirements and following up with internal and external parties.

Ensure that internal milestones and customer deliveries are kept according to plan.

Coordinate resources, activities, and deliveries.

Maintain ongoing customer contact and ensure that expectations and requirements are clear.

Identify obstacles and deviations and ensure they are handled.

Follow up on deliveries and drive the work forward until the task is completed.

Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
