We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can drive both development projects and business-oriented projects, starting in December, preferably, or early January. Minimum 6 months, likely ongoing if everything works well. Full-time. Stockholm.

We are only looking for freelancers.

Scope of the assignment

The assignment involves responsibility for planning, leading, and following up on projects from initiation to handover. The projects can vary in complexity and scope, and the assignment requires the ability to work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner.

Examples of tasks

Experience with change management and working with benefits realization will also be part of this role and are areas we consider important competencies for the candidate.

Hourly rate for consultant: Max 970 SEK/h.

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects
• Ensure that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met
• Coordinate resources and activities and proactively drive the project forward
• Manage risks, deviations, and changes
• Report status to steering committees and other stakeholders
• Lead and facilitate workshops, work meetings, and other activities required in the project
• Responsibility for stakeholder management: identify and manage expectations, ensure ongoing communication
• Hand over project results to the receiving organization
• You have previous experience driving development projects. (building new products and implementing SaaS solutions)
• Accustomed to communicating with developers and architects
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Familiar with PPS or similar project management models and agile methods
• Strong leadership skills and ability to create engagement.
• Structured, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Very good communication skills and experience handling different target audiences.
• Accustomed to working closely with stakeholders from various parts of the business
• Experience developing and improving internal work processes for PMO
