Seeking a Project Manager for a digitalization project involving the replacement of an existing traffic control software solution with modern cloud-based products developed and operated by agile DevOps teams.
Project overview
As part of a digitalization project, an existing software solution for traffic control in long-distance transport is being replaced. For this purpose, modern cloud-based software products are developed and operated. The applications are based on a microservice architecture and are implemented by agile DevOps teams. Technologically, Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, test automation, and Domain Driven Design are the focus. The goal is the continuous professional, technical, and organizational further development of the software products.

- Creation and maintenance of roadmap, product backlog, and priorities
- Requirements management, stakeholder coordination, and risk management
- Conducting reviews, acceptances, and progress monitoring
- MUST: 5 years Technical Project Management / Delivery Lead
- MUST: 5 years Product Backlog Management
- MUST: 5 years User Stories and complex requirements
- MUST: 5 years Domain Driven Design (DDD)
- MUST: 5 years Risk management in product responsibility
- SHOULD: 5 years Prioritization of professional and technical requirements
- SHOULD: 5 years Creation and maintenance of product roadmaps
- SHOULD: IPMA Level C or PRINCE2 certification
- Full-time employment with 8h/day and 5 days/week
- Planned project duration is 15.11.2026–14.11.2029
- You will perform your work mostly at a location of your choice in Germany (onshore)
