Project Manager EDI/IDP Rollout

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead an international rollout of an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and EDI solution. In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end successful introduction of modern document processing systems across multiple countries.

Your responsibilities include project preparation and analysis with local departments, creation of training materials, and conducting training for end-users and key users. You will act as the central interface between departments, the IT department, key users, and external service providers. You will coordinate technical requirements, support testing phases, and systematically document and prioritize errors.

During Go-Live planning, you will be responsible for coordinating the rollout date, conducting Go-Live checks, and monitoring the first production documents. After the launch, you will support users during the hypercare phase and continuously identify optimization and automation potential.

We expect a completed degree in business administration or a technical/commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications. Practical experience with IDP systems and ERP platforms, as well as knowledge of Change Management, is required. Experience in CRM, sales organization, or customer service is advantageous. Familiarity with process management tools, analytical thinking skills, and fluent English are essential. Willingness to travel and intercultural competence for working in global environments are prerequisites.
