Project Manager eFTI-gate

Project overview

As project manager, you will help shape the national eFTI-gate within the framework of the eFTI regulation.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Shaping and further developing the national eFTI-gate
• Collaborating with public partners and market parties on implementation
• Translating European specifications into a workable design for the Dutch eFTI-gate
• Managing the technical architecture and API connections
• Advising on the Dutch contribution in European forums
• Monitoring timely and effective delivery of project results
• Transferring knowledge to the team and preparing a handover file
• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Experience in guiding complex IT projects
• Knowledge of the eFTI Regulation 2020/1056 and the Basic Data Infrastructure (BDI) concept
• Practical experience in setting up architectures, designs, and functional/technical message specifications, including testing and implementation
• Familiarity with techniques for modeling processes and data
• Knowledge of integration and exchange issues, such as information services and APIs
• Minimum one fixed day per week presence in Utrecht and regularly in Rotterdam
