Job description
As an Execution Project Manager, you will oversee the controlled execution of large-scale new construction and renovation projects at specific locations, managing planning, budget, and quality while considering safety, compliance, and environmental aspects.
Project overview
As Project Manager Execution, you ensure that large-scale new construction and renovation projects at the Seppe, Vlierden, and Prinsen Bosch locations are managed effectively. You monitor the schedule, budget, and quality. In doing so, you take into account safety, compliance, nature-inclusive actions, and the continuity of the installation.
You work closely with engineers from various disciplines, the environmental manager, and project leaders of involved contractors. You connect the execution team, monitor the agreements from the framework contracts, and switch between technology, progress, and collaboration.

With around 1,000 employees, the company extracts drinking water from protected groundwater sources and manages an extensive pipeline network in the region.
- You assess and approve execution plans from contractors based on the specifications.
- You monitor safety agreements during execution.
- You follow the lean schedule on location and discuss progress during the weekly execution meeting.
- You coordinate phasing, results, and payment terms with contractors.
- You identify opportunities to improve working methods, reporting, and the efficiency of execution.
- You inform internal and external stakeholders about progress and points of attention.
- You monitor technical and financial progress and bring calm when pressure increases.
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with managing and monitoring execution projects
- Knowledge of technical and financial project progress
- Specific training in drinking water production as a plus
- The possibility to start on short notice for 28 hours per week
