• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the façade package across the project lifecycle.
• Manage programme, milestones, dependencies and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate design, procurement, fabrication, logistics and installation teams.
• Track project performance across programme, cost, quality and time.
• Produce and maintain project reports, dashboards and progress updates using MS Project and Power BI.
• Identify programme risks, delays and delivery issues, implementing mitigation where required.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and key project interfaces.
• Liaise with the client, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with contractual, quality and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Right to work in the EU.
• Italian and English fluency required.
• Proven experience managing complex construction projects, ideally within façade, cladding, glazing or building envelope.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project, or similar management software.
• Experience managing programmes, milestones and dependencies.
• Confident using Power BI or similar reporting tools for project dashboards, KPIs and progress reporting.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, risk, procurement and change management.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client stakeholders.
• Relevant construction, engineering or project-management qualification preferred.
