• As Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the professional, technical, and organizational further development of an application for traffic control in supra-regional logistics within an agile DevOps environment.
• You will create, maintain, and update the implementation roadmap.
• You will analyze, evaluate, and specify professional and technical requirements in coordination with specialist departments and stakeholders.
• You will create and maintain the Product Backlog and prioritize requirements based on professional, technical, and economic criteria.
• You will conduct reviews and professional acceptance of new functionalities and releases.
• You will take over stakeholder and risk management and ensure a common understanding of goals, requirements, and priorities.
• You will monitor product progress and communicate status, priorities, and decisions.
• You will actively shape the agile way of working and further develop it together with the team.
• You have more than 5 years of in-depth experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead for complex software applications.
• You have more than 5 years of practical experience in Product Backlog Management, especially in creating and maintaining a backlog.
• You have more than 5 years of practical experience in writing user stories based on complex professional requirements.
• You have in-depth professional understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) for domain-oriented structuring of professional requirements and more than 5 years of experience with it.
• You have more than 5 years of practical experience in risk management within product responsibility.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1).
• You have more than 5 years of practical experience in prioritizing requirements according to defined criteria.
• You have more than 5 years of practical experience in creating and maintaining a product roadmap.
• You hold a project management certification according to IPMA at least Level C or PRINCE2.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in confidently interacting with stakeholders.
• You have more than 5 years of practical experience in conducting professional acceptance and reviews of releases or functionalities.
• You will help shape a software solution for traffic control in supra-regional logistics and take responsibility for its further development.
• You will work in an agile DevOps environment where teams are jointly responsible for the development and operation of their products.
• A modern technological environment with Cloud, Docker, Microservices, CI/CD, and comprehensive delivery and test automation awaits you.
• You will work in an environment with a strong UX focus, where Domain Driven Design and Test Driven Development are firmly established working methods.
• Work is performed 100% remotely.
