Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced technical project manager to lead strategic projects within data center infrastructure. The assignment covers two main areas, the first being to investigate and find a replacement for Microsoft BizTalk as an integration platform, which is estimated to correspond to approximately 50 percent of the working time.

The second area involves mapping future infrastructure needs in data centers, translating these into technical requirements, and participating in the procurement of equipment. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing the infrastructure replacement in close collaboration with the organization's IT staff.

Requirements

• You must meet competence level 4 as a project manager.
• You must speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• You must have at least 5 years of current and documented experience in project management within IT infrastructure.
• You must have at least 3 years of experience in planning, leading, and documenting complex workshops with participants from different business areas, within problem-solving, requirements gathering, or process mapping.
• You must have led and completed at least 2 feasibility studies within IT or business development during the last 3 years, from problem formulation to decision recommendation.
• You must have experience with established project management models from at least 2 assignments during the last 3 years.
• You must have experience in leading technology projects in close collaboration with IT infrastructure architects.
• You should have experience as a project manager in the public sector, focusing on regulatory compliance and inter-agency cooperation.
• You should have experience in needs assessment, requirements specification, and development of integration platforms within large IT environments, including local operations and integration solutions.
• You should have current experience in IT infrastructure development within network, server and storage architecture, and infrastructure platforms.
• You should have experience in IT environment continuity management, including solutions for high availability and resilience against cyber threats.
