- Several years of experience in managing complex organizational and governance projects with multiple stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of strategic and operational supplier and partner management
- Good knowledge of the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001 and risk-based management of supplier relationships
- Experience in structuring, prioritizing, and tracking extensive work packages and open items
- Very good ability to define responsibilities, role models, and decision-making paths
- Experience in developing practical target processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Experience in simplifying complex assessment methods into applicable, lean, and auditable procedures
- Understanding of the interfaces between purchasing, business units, partner management, legal, data protection, and information security
- Ideally, experience in a regulated corporate environment or in organizations related to energy/infrastructure
