Project Manager IT Datahub Finance

Project overview

As part of a strategic project to implement a Finance and Risk Data Marketplace, you will act as the IT Project Manager for the Finance Datahub. You will be integrated into a structured project team and will actively contribute to the program's success.

• Analyze and formalize business requirements (Finance, Risk, IT).
• Understand the challenges related to banking, financial, and regulatory data.
• Participate in finalizing the project scope and defining Data solutions.
• Organize and coordinate exchanges between different stakeholders (business, business analysis, technical teams, architects).
• Contribute to the feasibility study and the structuring of Data targets.
• Prepare and facilitate validation committee materials (Steering Committee, Management Committee, etc.).
• Ensure operational, budgetary, and decision-making project monitoring.
• Track progress, produce reports for the PMO and management.
• Guarantee the quality, granularity, traceability, and consolidation of banking data.
• Support the preparation of planned developments and the securing of trajectories, costs, deadlines, and risks.
• V-cycle organization within a multidisciplinary team (Business Analysis, business units, Data and technical architects).
• Use of collaborative tools (Planview, Jira) and structured project management methods.
• Compliance, security, and regulatory reporting challenges (BIRD, BCBS 239).
• Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux (on-site presence 2 to 3 days/week).
• Partial remote work (2 to 3 days/week).
• Contract of 60 firm days + 570 optional days (maximum 630 days).
• Full-time.
• Provisional start: end of November / beginning of December 2026.
