Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the public space, managing planning, budget, and stakeholders from initiation to completion.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Starting, taking over, and managing civil engineering and infrastructure projects
- Acting as project leader/director for integrated projects in the public space
- Preparing project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project
- Monitoring schedule, quality, risks, and budget
- Providing site supervision during the execution phase if necessary
- Maintaining contact with residents, entrepreneurs, consultants, supervisors, and contractors
- Advising the client, management, and board on progress, risks, and choices to be made
- Ensuring successful completion of project results
- HBO level, preferably in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with integrated projects in the public space
- Knowledge and experience in the field of UAV and the RAW system
- Good communication skills and understanding of administrative relations
- Experience with participation processes and environmental management
- Ability to work independently and connect different disciplines
- Proactive, results-oriented, and flexible attitude
