We are looking for a Project Manager/Senior PMO.

Responsibilities

• Professional and technical management and support of project management in the operational implementation of the project
• Conceptual and operational management of central tasks in the areas of project control, risk and stakeholder management, as well as project controlling and reporting
• Creation, quality assurance, and preparation of decision-relevant management and control documents tailored to the audience
• Development and implementation of a holistic communication concept, including independent management of internal project communication
• Strategic planning, conception, and execution of project events and project-related exchange formats
• Conceptualization, preparation, and support of project and committee meetings, including the preparation of decision requirements and recommendations for action
• Cross-functional coordination and proactive alignment with program management to ensure consistent target images, priorities, and dependencies

Requirements

Framework:

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager/Senior PMO
• Experience with the parallel/cross-functional management of at least two project teams
• Organization of a PMO
• Start: from January 2027
• Duration: 12 months+
• Utilization: fulltime
• Location: remote, on-site in Frankfurt twice a month (possibly once a week)
• Language: German
