Project Manager Swimming Pool Completion (Interim)

Project overview

The assignment concerns the careful completion of the project for the realization of swimming pool De Welle.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate and monitor the complete finalization of the project, including financial, contractual, and organizational matters
• Manage the involved advisors and the site supervisor and monitor the coherence between outstanding files
• Monitor the financial settlement, including start-up costs, construction costs, and final settlements
• Prepare reports and prepare decisions for the municipal executive, the province, and the organization itself
• Identify and manage remaining project risks and advise on associated consequences
• Report on progress and risks to the municipal client and the steering group at fixed intervals
• Ensure a complete final file and a proper handover and closure of the project
• Managed at least 3 recent swimming pool projects from start to completion as the final responsible project manager
• At least 10 years of current experience within relevant social real estate
• WO degree in construction technology as a minimum educational requirement
• Involvement in the construction or project management of Swimming Pool De Welle or a comparable project is a plus
• MRE real estate management is a plus
• Experience with financial and contractual final settlement of complex construction projects, including additional/less work, claims, and handover to management, is a plus
