Project Manager Swimming Pool Completion (Interim)

Project overview

As project manager, you will oversee the remaining completion of swimming pool De Welle and advise the municipal project leader until full handover.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate the settlement of outstanding delivery points, technical defects, and warranty obligations
• Verify that executing parties fully comply with their contractual obligations
• Review additional and reduced work, settlements, claims, and final financial accounts, and advise the project leader on these matters
• Monitor the delivery and completeness of as-built documents, handover files, and user documentation
• Consult with executing parties on outstanding technical and contractual issues and progress
• Identify risks and bottlenecks related to project completion and advise on possible solutions
• Assist the project leader in the final closing and handover of the project
• Minimum of 15 years of experience as a project manager/site manager in swimming pool projects
• Experience with at least one comparable swimming pool project (Olympic dimensions) from start to completion
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Technology
• Extensive knowledge of UAV/UAV-GC, handover, final financial settlement, warranties, and disputes in complex utility construction
• Insight into technical, legal, and financial aspects
• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic skills
