Project Manager - Test Data Anonymization Position to be filled at our client in the Banking industry in Zurich.

• Develop an optimal solution approach for providing CID-free test data, considering functional and technical requirements
• Create detailed concepts, decision-making bases, business cases, and risk and feasibility analyses
• Plan, manage, and coordinate PoC, implementation, and operational introduction, including stakeholder management and reporting
• Lead the integration into the existing system and tool landscape and set up an initial CID-free development environment
• Develop governance, operational, and role models, as well as policies, processes, and documentation
• Develop a verification process to check test environments for the absence of CID and manage change management
• Several years of experience in project management of complex IT and integration projects, ideally in the banking environment
• Sound practical experience in test data management, data anonymization, data masking, or synthetic test data creation
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), FINMA regulations, and Governance, Risk, Compliance, and IT Security
• Technical understanding of databases, interfaces, environment management, and CI/CD processes
• Language skills: German
• Independent and structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when dealing with various stakeholders
• Analytical thinking as well as solution-oriented and pragmatic action
