For our client, we are looking for a Project Manager for Turnkey Construction (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Overall project management responsibility on the general contractor side, including economic control
• Coordination of planning, tendering, and construction execution
• Creation and monitoring of project calculations as well as cost optimization
• Management of the site manager and coordination with the commercial project team
• Client communication and ensuring timely completion

• Experience as a project manager in turnkey structural or industrial construction
• Sound knowledge of calculation, tendering, and construction project execution
• Technical qualification as a civil engineer, construction technician, or master craftsman
• Proactive, independent, and assertive working style
• Communication and negotiation skills as well as very good German language skills
