Job description
Seeking an experienced and independent Project Manager for the Work Environment to manage user-centric aspects of temporary housing and future work environments, ensuring cohesion between sub-projects and stakeholders.
Project overview
As an experienced and independently working Project Manager Work Environment, you are responsible for the user-oriented aspects of temporary housing and the future work environment. You monitor the coherence between sub-projects and connect the user organization, involved disciplines, and the broader renovation project.
The construction project management of the renovation of Gebouw Raadhuisplein (RP) falls outside this assignment. However, you will ensure coordination between the user organization and the renovation project.
You independently determine your approach, planning, and methodology. The client focuses on results and milestones, not on execution. You coordinate with involved stakeholders and are not embedded in the line organization.
Leidschendam-Voorburg is a social and entrepreneurial municipality with over 75,000 inhabitants. The municipality works with around 680 people on the shared ambition to develop into an agile and sensitive organization. The municipality focuses on residents and societal challenges and is a self-aware collaboration partner for local and regional partners. It does this by building connections, providing trust, and taking responsibility.
The lines are short, colleagues know each other and know what's going on. The municipality works information-driven and customer-oriented, and there is a lot of room for initiative.
We offer our employees the facilities to work hybrid. This makes it possible to work where and when it best suits the type of work we do.
