We are looking for a Senior Consultant and Project Manager with excellent knowledge of SAP HCM and Success Factors to lead the migration from SAP HCM to SF and the DE Workstream.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of the "old" HCM system
- Analysis of current working methods, processes, and data
- Development of a methodology for migrating from HCM to SF
- Support of the new design in SF
- Analysis and specifications for handling relevant data
- Leadership of the DE Workstream

- University degree or comparable knowledge from professional practice
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM projects
- Profound knowledge and experience in HCM and Success Factors
- Experience with the execution and leadership of migrations from SAP HCM to SF
- Many years of experience in international project environments
- Strong communicator at all levels, internally and with the client
- Self-motivated, stress-resistant team player

We support SAP Germany in various projects. Currently, the S/4 HCM division requires support from Senior Consulting and Project Management. You have excellent knowledge of SAP HCM and Success Factors and can lead a migration from SAP HCM to SF and the DE Workstream, as well as conduct coordination with the client. This requires a high level of product knowledge to review assumptions and expectations, as well as to design an optimal solution in SF.
