Project Manager SAP 50-70% – SAP Project Management/HERMES/TÜV SÜD/SAFe/C-Level Stakeholders

For our client, we are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager (925189JP) who will be responsible for demanding SAP projects from initiation to successful completion. In this role, you will lead several complex SAP projects in a regulated environment, manage internal and external stakeholders at C-level, and ensure professional implementation according to HERMES and SAFe.

Responsibilities

– Overall responsibility for planning, steering, and implementation of SAP projects (budget, quality, deadlines, scope)

– Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of external service providers and suppliers

– Application of the HERMES methodology and integration of agile approaches (especially SAFe)

– Stakeholder and expectation management at C-level and ensuring clear, target-group-oriented communication

– Responsibility for contract management, payment processing, controlling, and reporting to management and steering committees

– Risk, change, and claim management in complex SAP programs

– Interface between business and IT, requirements gathering and prioritization in close cooperation with business departments

– Ensuring compliance with compliance, governance, and quality guidelines, especially in the public sector

– Support in strategy definition, roadmap planning, and continuous optimization of the SAP landscape

Requirements

– Several years of demonstrable experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus on SAP

– Experience as a responsible project manager in at least two projects with a project volume > CHF 2 million

– Demonstrable responsibility for contract management, payment processing, and reporting

– Sound experience in stakeholder management at C-level (board, management, department head, etc.)

– Strong methodological competence in classic and agile project management, high assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills

– Experience in the public sector, administration, or regulated industries is an advantage

– High communication skills, structured and results-oriented working style, and a strong sense of responsibility

Education:

– Completed tertiary education (FH/Uni/ETH) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification

– HERMES certification

– Desirable: Current certification as SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)

Languages:

– Very good German skills, written and spoken (C1)

– French Business Fluent (documentation in German and French)

– Good English skills
