Project Manager Global Rollout & Bordereau Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage an international implementation and rollout initiative in the insurance sector. The position is predominantly remote with occasional on-site appointments.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading a strategic sub-initiative to introduce a new Bordereau Management solution. Your core tasks include coordinating central business and IT units, IT Operations, and international locations. A particular focus is on structured stakeholder, communication, and information management, as well as the transparent management of milestones, dependencies, risks, and rollout activities across multiple countries.

Requirements

You have several years of demonstrable experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex international implementation and rollout projects. Sound knowledge in the insurance sector, particularly in industrial and specialty insurance, is required. Experience in delegated authority business, Bordereau Management, and TPA Management are advantageous.

You possess strong skills in project planning, project controlling, risk and dependency management, and management reporting. Very good English skills, both written and spoken, and proficient use of common project management and collaboration tools are required.
