Support the introduction of the maintenance software BOOM and optimize existing processes. Accompany users during the implementation phase and ensure successful software integration.
Project overview
Framework:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months+
- Location: Bonn (approx. 2 days/week remote possible after onboarding)
- Utilization: 40h/week
Responsibilities
- Support the introduction of the maintenance software BOOM during ongoing operations
- Analysis and optimization of existing workshop and maintenance processes
- Accompany users during the implementation phase
- Coordination with specialist departments and project participants
- Support employees in using the new software
- Ensure successful integration of the software into existing workflows
Requirements
- Experience in the introduction of BOOM or comparable maintenance management systems
- Understanding of maintenance, workshop, or service processes
- Ideally experience from rail, automotive, or fleet maintenance
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent German spoken & written
