For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for two GMP Compliance Specialists to support deviation management, change control, documentation and risk assessments within a GMP-regulated environment
About the customer:
- Location: Bern, Switzerland
- Start Date: 1 December 2026
- Duration: Approx. 7 months
- Workload: 100% (41 hours per week)
- Remote Work: Possible
- Positions: 2
Requirements
Competences:
- Investigate deviations and prepare deviation reports.
- Create and coordinate change requests, ensuring timely follow-up of required actions.
- Create and update SOPs, procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA.
- Degree in Life Sciences (eg Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) or several years of relevant professional experience.
- Initial experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry within a GMP environment.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: deviation management, change control, SOP documentation or risk assessments.
- Independent working style, quick learner and ability to adapt to new topics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to actively engage stakeholders.
- German at C2 level or equivalent (mandatory) and good written and spoken English.
