Client iRealisatie is part of the Information Policy directorate and, on behalf of VWS policy departments, develops custom software and tools that contribute to accelerating digitalization in healthcare. This includes:

iRealisatie has all the capabilities in-house to design, develop, and manage software, with a privacy- and security-first approach. We build software, web applications, and mobile apps.

Project My Health Overview

This project is responsible for developing a website and mobile app that allows citizens to gain insight into their health data from healthcare providers. Part of the project is a privacy-first single-sign-on login service that is also offered to other healthcare parties. My Health Overview plays a crucial role towards the new European legislation (EHDS), where citizens gain more rights, such as correcting data, setting who has access, and seeing who has had access.

Assignment Description

As a QA Test Engineer, you will be the 'conscience' of the development team and feel responsible for the end product. You will closely monitor and steer overall quality. You will take the lead in chain testing and the release process. Additionally, you will translate requirements into clear, risk-based test cases and perform thorough functional tests. (Note: we do not expect you to write automated tests.) You will analyze and test requirements, ask critical questions, and naturally apply principles like Privacy and Security by Design in your work.

You will also analyze performance and actively contribute to process and software improvements.

• Exploring and demonstrating new solutions by conducting pilots or PoCs (Proof of Concepts).
• Developing and realizing new software and digital tools based on privacy and security by design.
• Modernizing existing, outdated information systems.
• Providing technical advice on digitalization issues.

Requirements 1

Candidate demonstrably possesses a WO work and thinking level. Verifiable in CV and motivation (evidenced by a completed education and/or at least 2 years of work experience at WO level).

Candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience testing software in a comparable role.

Requirements 3

Candidate possesses at least 1 year of experience with chain testing where data is exchanged with third parties and testing apps on mobile devices.

Wishes 1

Candidate has coordinating experience and maintains an overview, easily takes the lead in chain testing and releases, and dares to act as the owner of the end product.

Candidate has extensive experience with functional testing, chain testing, and release management, preferably within an Agile/Scrum environment.
