Experienced Quality/Test Engineer with a focus on test automation and agile testing methods needed for a transport and logistics project.
Project overview
For a project in the transport and logistics sector, we are looking for an experienced Quality / Test Engineer with a focus on test automation and agile testing methods.
Responsibilities
You will analyze business concepts, backlogs, and IT concepts to derive test designs. You will create test scenarios and test cases, procure test data, and perform functional and non-functional tests – including end-to-end tests. Furthermore, you will document defects and create meaningful test reports.

The project is designed for 24 months and will be carried out 90% remotely. The place of work is in Germany.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in test preparation and test execution
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
- Confident collaboration with business departments and IT teams
- Comprehensive understanding of testing methods in agile and classic software development processes
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong comprehension and understanding of process and business workflows
- Experience in large, cross-application IT projects
- Knowledge in the database environment
