No requirements here, but further on in the designated section. Background Assignment The NVWA continuously works on improving its information management.
Network drives and shares play an important role in this information management. Many terabytes of information are stored here. The NVWA will professionalize the management of this information by giving ample space to organizing, cleaning up, destroying, and migrating files in 2026 and 2027. To manage this information well and actively, additional capacity and (specialist) knowledge are needed within the Documentary Information Provision (DIV) team, Record Management cluster. The responsibility and ownership of the network drive information lie with the process owners and team managers.
But for the good and active management of their information, help and advice are needed. Team DIV therefore supports them in managing this information according to current laws and regulations using the selection list, internal frameworks and guidelines, and the right advice. Requirements Candidate has at least 1 year of demonstrable work experience in record management. Candidate has at least 1 year of demonstrable work experience with the Archives Act and relevant laws and regulations, including retention periods and selection lists.
Experience with and knowledge of working with a DMS (Document Management System). Wishes Candidate has more than 1 year of experience in determining retention periods for documents to be assessed within network drives (file shares) based on selection lists. The more experience, the higher the score. Candidate has demonstrable experience in liaising between different internal departments within the organization and colleagues to get the network drives cleaned up.
Candidate has demonstrable experience in registering retention periods for documents within network drives to gain an overview of that environment(s) and to enable management (to be) carried out (by themselves and/or in cooperation with the Record Management cluster) so that the Archives Act can be complied with. Competencies You are communicatively skilled. You are results-oriented. You can work well together. You take initiative. Additional Information Sub-secondment is not allowed. Delivery by Yellow Friday to EZK is via Sogeti.
There is no chain formation/sub-secondment here, as Yellow Friday carried out the tender together with Sogeti and is the formal subcontractor.
