Project overview
Support the European Total Reward team with data-driven analysis and reward transformation projects.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to provide clear decision-support insight
- Conduct job evaluation, salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards and reports
- Assist with compensation and bonus review processes, covering data preparation and modelling
- Manage benchmarking activity with external providers such as WTW
- Monitor market trends and advise stakeholders on reward decisions
- Support the EU Pay Transparency Directive and broader reward transformation projects
- Provide guidance on international transfers, assignments and remote working requests
- Maintain reward data within SuccessFactors
- Partner with HR, Finance and external providers across Europe
- Previous experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward
- Experience in a multi-country or European environment is desirable
- Proven expertise in compensation benchmarking and job evaluation
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data modelling
- Hands-on experience with market data providers such as WTW, Mercer or Korn Ferry
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors
- Solid analytical ability combined with stakeholder management skills
- Capability to turn complex data into clear, practical insights for non-specialist stakeholders
