• Analysis and mapping of existing manual processes together with the business team
• Development of automated workflows and integrations
• Connecting Salesforce with other company systems
• Creation of comprehensive documentation and handover documents
• Sound practical experience in Salesforce development (APIs, Flows, Custom Objects)
• Proven expertise in workflow automation and system integration
• Ability to translate business requirements into functioning automated solutions
• Confident communication with business stakeholders
• Independent way of working and ability to learn quickly
• Fluent Italian skills (required)
