Support the SAP Ariba procurement system for the Defense Procurement Expertise Center, focusing on configuration, user support, reporting, and process development.

The assignment concerns support of the SAP Ariba procurement system at the Defense Procurement Expertise Center.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Entering, configuring, and managing the SAP Ariba procurement system
- Coordinating with procurement centers regarding the content and availability of catalogs in Ariba
- Advising the defense organization on order catalogs and supporting end-users
- Preparing reports based on master and user data
- Supporting and deputizing for the Senior SAP Ariba Advisor
- Contributing to the development of SAP Ariba-related business operations processes
- Executing (partial) projects in specific areas of focus
- Acting as a point of contact for issues such as incorrect prices, missing items, or incorrect VAT
- Collaborating with JIVC to resolve structural IT problems
- Monitoring quality, availability, and functionality through testing
- Ensuring documentation and knowledge management related to SAP Ariba
- Providing training to user groups
- Experience with SAP Ariba
- Demonstrable work experience, preferably gained within the Ministry of Defense
- Skill in identifying and analyzing developments and problems
- Good handling of conflicting interests, difficult clients, and suppliers
- Work experience within a government agency
- Demonstrable work experience, preferably gained with SAP
