Seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Sales & Service 2.0 Project Manager for a CRM transformation project. The role involves planning, managing, and implementing the project, collaborating with business and IT teams, and advising on process optimization.

For my client, I am looking for an SAP Cloud Sales & Service 2.0 Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with business & IT teams for the successful implementation of project goals
- Responsibility for the planning, management, and successful implementation of the CRM project
- Advising business units on the optimization of sales and service processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a project manager in SAP transformation or CRM projects
- Very good knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2
- Strong understanding of CRM processes in sales and customer service
- Experience in the energy industry is an advantage
