Experienced SAP ECC Expert with a focus on logistics and finance is sought for a 4-month, full-time remote project starting December 1, 2026. The role involves analyzing complex SAP ECC configurations, explaining financial aspects to business stakeholders, and collaborating with development teams.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC Expert with a focus on logistics processes and financial aspects for a remote project. The position is limited to four months and starts on 01.12.2026 on a full-time basis (100%).
Your tasks include analyzing and understanding a highly customized financial solution to close knowledge gaps within the team. You will analyze complex, undocumented ABAP code, understand data flows and relationships between systems, and collaborate with developers, management, and various business areas. A significant part of your activity will be to explain figures, calculations, and deviations in an understandable way for business areas and customers. Furthermore, you will conduct detailed functional and technical analyses.
We expect extensive practical experience with SAP ECC. S/4HANA knowledge is not required, as no migration is planned. You should understand logistics processes with a focus on financially relevant aspects – without a focus on accounts payable or accounts receivable. Understanding of web services and cross-system interfaces is necessary.
A success factor is your proactive communication ability: you should be able to convey complex content clearly and appropriately for the target audience. Fluent English skills are required.
