Senior Data & Logistics Flow Analyst

Project overview

As part of a strategic study related to the construction of a new logistics center, we are looking for a Senior Data & Logistics Flow Analyst.

The mission consists of collecting, structuring, consolidating, and analyzing all the data necessary for defining future logistics flows.

Responsibilities

The analyses produced must help to reliably understand current and future flows, identify operational constraints, and provide objective decision-making support.

Profile sought

You have over 10 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, logistics, or flow improvement.

You have significant experience in logistics transformation projects, warehouse design or evolution, or more broadly in supply chain environments.

Expected skills:

You are recognized for your autonomy, analytical rigor, synthesis skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Collect the data and information necessary for the study from various stakeholders.
• Capitalize, organize, and structure the information gathered.
• Consolidate and concatenate the different available data sources.
• Conduct in-depth analyses focusing on:
• qualitative data;
• quantitative data;
• flow frequencies;
• means and resources used;
• activity peaks;
• load variations.
• Produce analysis deliverables to guide decisions regarding the design of the future logistics center.
• Participate in workshops and site visits with the mission lead.
• Ensure note-taking, information collection, and its formalization during exchanges with field teams.
• Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manipulate, consolidate, concatenate, and interpret large volumes of data.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Ability to analyze flow frequencies, resources mobilized, activity peaks, and load variations.
• Aptitude for synthesizing results and formulating relevant recommendations.
• Ability to produce clear, structured, and directly usable analysis deliverables.
• Ease in collecting information from various stakeholders and field teams.
• Ability to formalize information gathered during workshops, interviews, and site visits.
