Seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Time Management (PT) and Payroll (PY) for a Greenfield S/4HANA transformation project. The role involves quality assurance, support until go-live, and hypercare.
Project overview
For our long-standing client, we are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Time Management (PT) and Payroll (PY) as part of a Greenfield transformation from ECC to S/4HANA.
Your main task will be quality assurance and support until go-live in January, including hypercare.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and quality assurance of existing HCM configurations and implementations
- Review of collective bargaining and payroll-relevant regulations in HCM-PT and HCM-PY
- Hands-on customizing and optimizations
- Close collaboration with the business departments
Requirements
- Many years of SAP HCM experience (PT, PY)
- Experience with collective agreements (ideally in the public sector)
- S/4HANA Greenfield transformations
